Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
We want you to receive the digital ebook you paid for. Please read this policy before placing an order. It applies to purchases made through Zenvora Digital.
1. Digital products and cancellations
Our products are digital ebook files, not physical goods. Once a download has been made available or accessed, a change-of-mind refund may not be available. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after payment has been verified or digital delivery has begun.
2. When to contact us for a refund or resolution
Please contact us if any of the following happens:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Your payment was successful but the download link was not provided or does not work.
- The file is corrupted, cannot reasonably be opened, or is materially different from the ebook described on the product page.
- You believe a payment was made without your authorisation.
We will review the order and may ask for the order number, payment reference, and checkout email to investigate. Depending on the issue, we may first provide a working download or correct file; where appropriate, we will arrange a refund.
3. How to request help
Email: specialpages.in@gmail.com
Phone: +91 60062 08284
Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, the date of payment, and a short description of the issue. Never send your UPI PIN, card PIN, password, CVV, or OTP.
Contact us promptly after noticing a problem so we can investigate while the transaction details are available. We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days and provide an update after reviewing the details. Resolution time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
4. Refund processing
If a refund is approved, it will generally be sent to the original payment method where supported. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and your bank. We will share any available refund reference or status information.
Do not treat a payment screenshot alone as confirmation that a refund has been completed; rely on the payment provider or bank status.
5. Payment failures and pending transactions
If a payment shows as pending or failed but money appears to have been debited, first check the status with your bank or payment app. If the debit is not reversed or the transaction remains unclear, contact us with the transaction reference so we can check our order records. Please avoid making repeated payments for the same order while its status is uncertain.
6. Fraud, misuse, and legal rights
We may investigate suspected fraud or misuse before resolving a request. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
7. Contact and related policies
