Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Zenvora Digital handles information when you browse the store, place an order, pay for an ebook, or contact support. We aim to collect only information needed to operate the store and assist customers.
1. Information we may collect
- Order details such as ebook purchased, order reference, amount, order status, and purchase time.
- Contact details you provide, such as email address and support messages.
- Payment references and status returned by the payment provider. Full card details and UPI PINs should be handled only by the provider, not sent to us.
- Technical information needed for website security and basic operation, processed by hosting or service providers.
2. How information is used
We use relevant information to process and verify orders, provide download access, send transactional messages where configured, respond to support requests, detect fraud, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.
3. Payment providers and service partners
Payments are handled through the provider shown at checkout (currently Razorpay). Hosting, database/storage, and email services may process limited data to operate the store. Those providers have their own privacy notices. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Retention and security
We retain order and support records as reasonably necessary for customer service, accounting, disputes, security, and legal requirements. We use safeguards, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with an order or request correction where appropriate. We may need to verify your identity or order, and some records may need to be retained by law.
6. Cookies, storage, and external links
The site may use browser storage for functions such as keeping a shopping cart. If analytics or advertising tools are added, this policy should be updated. Third-party sites are governed by their own privacy practices.
7. Children
The store is not intended to knowingly collect children's personal information without appropriate authorisation where required by law. A parent or guardian may contact us with concerns.
8. Contact us
For privacy questions, email specialpages.in@gmail.com or call +91 60062 08284. Do not include passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs, or other payment secrets.
9. Updates
We may update this policy when the store or applicable requirements change. The latest version and update date will appear here.
