These Terms of Use explain the rules for browsing Zenvora Digital and purchasing digital ebooks from our store. By using the site, you agree to these terms and applicable law.

1. Products, descriptions, and prices

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, file formats, and prices. Please review the product page before ordering. Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors or update listings, but this does not remove rights attached to an order already accepted under applicable law.

2. Orders and payment

Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment verification. Payments may be processed through Razorpay or the payment methods shown during checkout. A payment screenshot alone does not establish that an order is paid. Never share your UPI PIN, OTP, card PIN, CVV, or passwords.

3. Digital delivery

After payment is verified, checkout may provide a temporary secure download link. Download your file promptly; links may expire for security. If payment succeeded but delivery failed, contact us.

4. Personal-use licence

Unless a product page explicitly grants broader rights, your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. You must not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share access to, or commercially exploit the file without permission from the relevant rights holder.

5. Intellectual property

Website branding, design, text, and product materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Buying a digital copy does not transfer copyright. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with details.

6. Refunds and support

7. Availability and limitations

We work to keep the site available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
